365 Days of a Happy Home
This blog grew from a challenge to post an image a day of something that made me happy. I did the challenge and decided to tweak this challenge for MJG Interiors.
Who doesn’t love a Happy Home? We certainly do! Each blog post contains one idea of something that contributes to a Happy Home. Check back often for ideas and ways to make you feel happy in your home! As always, leave us comments! Agree or disagree, there is no wrong answer. However, there is lots to learn!
Day 91 of 365 Days of a Happy Home!My mother in law was an interior designer in CT during the 70's and 80's. She used to say people painted their walls "white out of freight"! I think sometimes people paint their trim white for the same reason. What do you think of these windows trimmed in black? We LOVE them!
Day 89 of 365 Days of a Happy Home!I have been working with a client to custom build 2 ottomans for in front of her new sectional. I usually suggest 2 ottomans in front of a sectional or long sofa because it is easier to maneuver around them. Many people are choosing ottomans to replace a wooden coffee. Do you prefer an upholstered ottoman or a wooden coffee table?

Day 85 of 365 Days of a Happy Home!Thinking of getting rid of your popcorn ceilings? Here are some ideas to add pizzazz up above! Just a note about the images we use...We try our hardest to use images of our own projects. But, lets face it, we can't do it all! So, many are culled from internet searches. However, we have lots of experience with textured ceilings and most of the images here are from our own projects. Which are your favorite?
